Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentations

Presenters should plan to speak for no more than 17 minutes, which leaves an additional 5 minutes for questions and laptop switching. A standard VGA connection will be provided for laptops.

Poster Presentations

The available board space for each poster is slightly less 6 feet (1.8 meters) wide and 4 feet (1.2 meters) high. Push pins for securing posters to boards will be provided.
